The UW Initiative to End Alzheimer's will be one of the recipients of the Birdies for Health campaign, a unique fundraiser and pledge drive that will take place during the 2019 American Family Insurance Championship golf tournament. Money raised during the campaign will benefit five causes at UW Health.
Birdies for Health is like a walk-a-thon, but money is pledged for every birdie made at the tournament. Anyone can make a pledge per birdie or a one-time gift to the cause of their choice. Visit the website to make a donation to Birdies for Health.
The UW Initiative to End Alzheimer's supports the complementary goals of the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center and the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute.
