Feed Your Mind: Cooking for Brain Health

A hands-on cooking class inspired by the MIND diet for healthy brain aging

Beginner Computer Classes

A six-week series where students learn basic computer skills from UW-Madison instructors

Registration is free, but space is limited. Students over the age of 45 will be given registration preference. This class is co-sponsored by the Urban League of Great Madison, UW-Madison Continuing Studies, and UW-Madison Division of Information Technology.

We do not currently have a Beginner Computer Class Series scheduled, but check back for future class offerings.

Nutrition Classes

Learn heart healthy and brain healthy nutrition tips you can incorporate into your grocery shopping and home cooking

This annual class series is led by Mrs. Lytonia Floyd, Nutrition Educator at Dane County U-Extension Food Wise.
