Hmong-language radio station airs interview with UW Alzheimer’s disease researcher

Kao Lee Yang, MS, a graduate student in the Bendlin Lab, recently gave an interview about Alzheimer’s disease and why she studies it on an Australian Hmong-language radio station. Yang also summarized the interview in English in an informative Twitter thread.

In the interview, Yang offered prevention tips, encouraged listeners to speak to their doctors about memory concerns, and shared with the audience that her goal is to contribute to the scientific understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and help find a cure.
