Top 5 ‘Dementia Matters’ Episodes of 2022

Dementia Matters is a podcast about Alzheimer's disease and other causes of dementia, hosted by UW Health geriatrician and memory care specialist Nathaniel Chin, MD. Listeners learn about research advances, caregiver strategies and prevention tips from local and national dementia experts.

In 2022, Dementia Matters released 31 episodes on topics ranging from alcohol’s effect on the brain to the need to disaggregate and diversify Alzheimer’s disease research and data. On top of this, Dementia Matters produced two special series revolving around important Alzheimer’s disease research conferences, including the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) and the National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center’s (NACC) Spring 2022 Meeting.
