Celebrate National Nutrition Month by joining us for this free community gathering featuring live demonstrations where you’ll learn delicious ways to nourish your mind and support long-term memory with food and nonalcoholic beverages. Beyond the kitchen, we will explore mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and other stages between normal aging and dementia, and share strategies to help attendees lower the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia progression.
